This free workshop will provide an overview of potential stressors for teens and allow room for discussion and learning about how we can support our teen to learn healthy ways of coping with big emotions and stressful situations.

This is a Family Resource Network workshop. The Family Resource Network is a collaborative group of community-based service providers offering prevention and early intervention services and supports for families with young children and teens.
