YW Calgary’s Effective Parenting Group is for parents/caregivers with children ages 5 and up who want to learn new skills and information about how to manage parent-child conflict and strengthen family relationships. Participants learn how to effectively manage strong emotions and challenging behaviour, incorporate positive discipline, build effective communication and improve problem solving.
