Each and every one of us experiences stress and anxiety at some point throughout our lives. This workshop explores the difference between normal stress and anxiety, and anxiety disorders. You will learn about different types of anxiety, where you can turn to if you are struggling with anxiety, and how you can incorporate healthy coping strategies into your daily routines to help manage stress and anxiety.
