Single women who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness, fleeing violence and/or experiencing challenges with mental wellness, addictions or other barriers.
Childcare availability
Childcare is not offered in this program. However, childcare needs can be supported through case managers.

Program Details
The Housing Outreach team provides one-on-one support for women who are moving from YW’s Transitional Housing program into the community.
Services may include safety planning, life skills, housing supports, referrals, basic needs, emotional support, and System navigation.
