LEARN ABOUT GARDENING & CONNECT WITH AN AMAZING COMMUNITY
When: Tuesdays, June 4 – June 18, 2019
Where: Inglewood Community Garden 2297 17 Street SE
Ages: 0 – 5 Years
Are you excited that summer has arrived? Do you want to learn about how to garden with your children? Come grow with us as we grow fresh fruits & vegetables at the Inglewood Community Garden. This program will provide opportunities to learn through our senses, play with dirt, & learn about the types of plants that grow well in Calgary.
In May, families created the foundation of the garden by adding compost for a nutrient rich soil, creating a plan for where the seeds will grow and planted many seeds and transplants. Join us this month to help our garden grow into food you can enjoy.
*Families are not required to stay the whole time in the garden. Join when you can & stay as long as you would like.
Please Note: Registration is required for this program. Call 403.262.0497, email or register online to book your spot!
