The first three years are a time of tremendous learning and brain development, and little ones learn primarily through their 5 senses. This interactive workshop will explore a variety of ways that parents can play with their infants and toddlers and engage their senses to promote attachment and build their brains. Register

Little Spines: Proactive Steps for Long Term Wellness
There are several systems that keep our bodies functioning day and night (Digestive System, Immune System, Circulatory System, ...). While most have heard of the "Nervous System" many people aren't totally aware of what this system does for your body. At this presentation, we'll be discussing the role of the nervous system, especially as it relates to pregnancy, birth, and the development of a child. This talk will help you understand what you can do to take care of your baby's nervous system before, during and after pregnancy, and what you can do to help make sure your kids also have a healthy nervous system from the start!
