Are you having power struggles with your tween? Mindful Moments provides the practical skills to help you and your child (between the ages of 8-12) build a stronger relationship and reduce family stress. Children will learn to develop mindfulness and self-regulation skills through coaching and indoor and outdoor activities this summer with our free 5 day program.
