Techniques for Navigating Stressful Times: This workshop focuses on equipping parents with mindfulness tools to navigate stressful situations like separation, divorce and family restructuring. Participants will learn about the benefits of mindfulness for mental, emotional, and physical well-being, practical strategies for mindful parenting, and techniques to teach mindfulness to their children. The workshop also explores how mindfulness can improve parenting practices and enhance children’s daily experiences at home and with peers.
