DEVELOPING BEDTIME ROUTINES

A TRIPLE P DISCUSSION GROUP FOR PARENTS

 Age:         Parents with children ages 0 – 10

A FREE Triple P Discussion Group providing moms & dads the opportunity to work through specific behavioral concerns. Come share ideas and experiences while identifying positive parenting strategies to get your child to go to bed – and stay there – without fuss. These workshops are for moms, dads & other caregivers with children between the ages of 0 to 10. The information provided is written and presented in English. All participants will receive a Triple P Workbook & a certificate of attendance. Spaces are limited. Children can attend with their caregivers and quiet activities will be provided.
