(Calgary, AB) –Helping women of all ages kick off 2022 financially confident, YW Calgary is hosting a series of educational workshops this week about investing and building healthy financial habits. These expert-led events are hosted by YW’s Women’s Economic Prosperity program that delivers programs which empower women to purse their ambitions and participate equally and meaningfully at all levels of economic decision making.

More recently, through our new Strategic Plan, we have begun to deepen our focus on supporting women to be empowered to make their own choices as well as to succeed – and prosper – economically.” says Esther Elder, Manager, Transitional Housing, Language and Economic Prosperity with YW.

Financial Specialist Toni Boss will lead the one hour Everything You Need to Know About Investing | Day 1 and | Day 2 workshops at noon on Tuesday, January 25 and Wednesday, January 26. The 30-minute live webinar Developing Good Financial Habits for 2022 guest hosted by Tanya Leavitt, Financial Empowerment Facilitator at Momentum, at noon on Thursday, January 27.
