BlackShirtBio_2010[1]The YWCA of Calgary is delighted to present Naomi Judd as our special guest speaker at the 3rd annual YWCA WHYWHISPER Fundraising Gala on November 14, 2013.

Throughout her life, Naomi has held many identities: country music superstar, single mother, registered nurse, Hepatitis C survivor and public speaker. She has been speaking out about health, human rights and family-related issues since 2004.

Her story is one of strength, resilience and optimism. From struggling with poverty, isolation, abandonment and frightening health issues, Naomi overcame and discovered what it takes to be a survivor.

Join us on November 14 at the YWCA WHYWHISPER Fundraising Gala, where Naomi will share her journey and illustrate the resourcefulness, fearlessness and resilience every woman is capable of, much like the vulnerable women the YWCA supports every day.
