Outreach Program Services
YW’s Outreach Services has two teams providing support in the community. Domestic Violence Outreach team supporting women and children who have experienced family violence or conflict, and the Housing Outreach team provides one-on-one support for women who are moving from YW’s Transitional Housing program into the community.
Domestic Violence Outreach
Services may include safety planning, court support, domestic violence information, referrals, basic needs, emotional support, system navigation and assistance to access services and resources.
Housing Outreach
Services may include safety planning, life skills, housing supports, referrals, basic needs, emotional support, and System navigation.
